What we collect
When you book a visit we collect your name, email, phone number, the address and suburb/postcode where we should come, whether you are more than 30 km from the Adelaide CBD, the service you chose, your chosen date and time, and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use these details only to arrange and carry out your on-site visit, contact you about your booking, and keep a record of work done. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising.
Who can see it
Only FixMate IT staff can view bookings. Your details are stored securely with our hosting provider.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to provide support and meet legal record-keeping duties, then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete your details at any time.
